- You can now save on the rental fee.
- If you upgrade your own home you stand to get all the benefits.
- You can set the price in GSC that you want to rent it out for.
- The system will take a 10% rental fee on any price that you set.
- You keep 90% of the price that you set.
- You won't get the items and other benefits.
