Staying In Your Own Home

• You can now save on the rental fee.

• If you upgrade your own home you stand to get all the benefits.

Renting It Out

• You can set the price in GSC that you want to rent it out for.

• The system will take a 10% rental fee on any price that you set.

• You keep 90% of the price that you set.

• You won't get the items and other benefits.
